Job description
The role: - Conduct financial analysis and reporting for one of the main business units
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Analyse pricing, promotions, and profitability to support decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets and benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by management.
The requirements:- CA or CPA fully qualified
- Experience within retail, logistics or FMCG highly regarded
- Advanced excel skills and some knowledge of financial modelling
- Power BI experience highly beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication skills
- Ability to deal with multiple deadlines and work in fast paced environments
