Finance Analyst - Operational Transformation

About the role:
As a Financial Analyst within Operations Transformation, you will collaborate with a talented pool of analysts to provide comprehensive financial support. Your role will involve establishing a centralised Operations Transformation Finance team, focusing on integrated financial and operational analysis, benefits identification, and reporting.
You will build strong relationships with operations, project managers, and FP&A to drive industry best practices in financial insights, benefits identification, and tracking, contributing to the success of our 3-year transformation program.

We welcome analysts from diverse backgrounds, including FP&A, modeling, business case development, data analysis, or operational reporting, coupled with a robust financial acumen.

• 2+ years Finance experience (preferably finance partnering or FP&A) covering cost analysis, forecasting, optimisation, project benefits, financial reporting or management accounting
• Tertiary qualifications in a highly analytical profession
• Strong analytical and visualisation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build trusting, effective on-going business relationships with diverse groups of people across the organisation
• Strong data analysis skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to interpret complex data, and draw, visualise and present recommendations to stakeholder groups
