Provide support to end users, troubleshoot tech issues and provide solutions for smooth operations across our QLD sites.
The Role
The Regional Support Analyst will assist end users resolve issues with computer hardware or software, respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot, diagnose problems and identify solutions with IT equipment and applications. This role will report to the Regional Support Lead and will be heavily supported by the wider National IT team.
This role has a requirement to be on-call for remote support, 2 weeks every 2 months according to the roster.
Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!
Responsibilities
- Provides 1st and 2nd level support to internal staff for computer and mobile device issues, either face-to-face or remotely
- Where required, escalate issues to level 2/3 support teams or a third-party vendor
- Provide video conferencing assistance and fault finding
- Provide new equipment to end users and Image new systems with Bega standard operating environment
- Liaise with procurement team on stock levels so that replacement stock can be ordered.
About you
- Qualifications and/or Certifications in IT
- 1-2 years of experience within an IT support role
- ITIL experience and certification desired
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative during non-peak times
