Job Description- Prepare financial and management accounts, ensuring data integrity.
- Develop budgets and forecasts, offering sales team support and analysis.
- Manage working capital and fixed asset register, and oversee taxation accuracy.
- Provide financial reviews and commentary to senior management and annual reporting to the board. Staff Supervision:
- Mentor and develop direct reports. General Management:
- Oversee services, utilities, insurance renewals, and claims. General:
- Assist National Sales Manager and act as Senior Manager in their absence. Human Resources:
- Handle payroll and provide general HR support to staff. Sales Support:
- Offer data and analytics support to the sales team.
