About the role
Reporting to the MD, the Office and Admin Manager will be responsible for the managing the office operations and Finance & HR administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the 'go to' person in the office
- Management of travel arrangements and catering for events
- Coordinating the operations of the office, meaning anything from facilities through to IT
- Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
- General Admin duties
- Finance Duties (as required)
- Provide HR administration (as required)
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate must be highly enthusiastic and highly motivated person with excellent administrative, communication and commercial acumen. Previous experience working in a Finance/HR team would be advantageous.
You'll also have:
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive outlook and cheerful personality
