About the Role

Reporting to the Director,  your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support the daily operations of the office, including opening/closing the office, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Support loan setups by organising and filling documentation, conducting financial analyses, and coordinating activities related to servicing, LMI quotes, pricing, and application submissions
  • Coordinate post-settlement activities such as the pricing and production of anniversary letters, managing product switch and loan maintenance forms, and handling discharge forms. 
  • Maintain accurate records by ensuring Outlook and Broker Engine are updated with all customer data regularly.

Selection Criteria: 

To be shortlisted for this opportunity, you will have the following:

  • An interest in and willingness to learn about the Finance and mortgage broking industry
  • Experience in customer service or administration
