Intercon Engineering is a small and progressive engineering and fabrication company located in Prestons, Liverpool. Our rapidly growing organisation has an excellent opportunity for a Finance & Administration Officer to join our small and friendly team.
We are now seeking a commercially driven Finance & Admin. Officer who will support our team with accounts payable/receivable, payroll and general office administration functions. Based in our Prestons office, this role reports to the Financial Controller and Director who form part of the management team.
The following experience, skills and attributes are important to success in this role:
- At least three years of experience working in a Finance and Administration role.
- Qualifications - accounting, book-keeping, finance accreditation are desirable.
- Must have recent MYOB experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Can-do, hands-on mindset with the ability to work autonomously as required.
