About the role
With our head office at Brendale, we are looking to employ a Bookkeeper/Administrator to help manage the business's Finance, Business Accounts and Reporting. This role is for an experienced and energetic person who relishes an opportunity to make a significant input into a growing company.
This position will suit a person who has a minimum of;
- MUST have formal qualifications or industry experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of XERO or MYOB with a minimum of 3 years' experience with the software package
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Word/Cloud based computing
- General accounting understanding including GST, Taxation and Superannuation requirements.
- Analytical mind and ability to provide solutions to administrative problems.
- Strong desire to help others and to be part of a growing team.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal, non-verbal and written.
- High level of computer skills including Microsoft products and internet usage.
- Able to take responsibility for allocated tasks.
- High level of honesty, work ethic and a desire to help others.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
