ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR & BOOKKEEPER Part-time role 9am – 2pm Monday – Friday
SCHADS Award Level 3 - $35.43 an hour + Super

WHAT THIS JOB WANTS FROM YOU:
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must have minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting & Financial Management  
  • Minimum of 2 years Bookkeeping experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Xero
  • Experience working with client management system MYP desirable
  • Experience with or able to rapidly acquire skills relating to NDIA bulk uploading and reconciliation processes
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret invoices and trouble shoot errors
  • Understanding of or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the funding breakdown and pricing guide for NDIS & Aged Care Home Care Packages
  • Excellent phone manner & customer services skills
 
Key Duties:
  • Reconciliations, customer invoicing, supplier payments and expenses
  • Processing of Payroll, Leave Accruals, Q-Leave and Superannuation
  • BAS Lodgements
  • Payroll Tax lodgements
  • Communicate with the ATO on administrative matters
  • Reports on cashflow, monthly reports, annual reports
  • Budgets and Financial Statements Liaising with accountants 
  • Support NDIS Plan Management daily activities and reporting
  • Allocate the correct line items and categories for providers under NDIS 
  • Setup of Xero files including bank feeds and opening balances and integration with MYP
  • Support clients where possible to gain greater understanding on their NDIS budgets
  • Supervision of Assistant Plan Manager 
  • Manage Home Care Package budgets and support the production of accurate system generated monthly budget statements for clients.
