Finance Assistant - Debtors

Our Lady of Mercy College (OLMC), Parramatta is a leading Catholic independent school for girls established by the Sisters of Mercy in 1889. The College is located within a dynamic educational precinct in North Parramatta.
The College is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant - Debtors to join a dynamic Finance Team in a 3 day per week part time role (Tues, Thurs and Fri) with flexibility for school hours if required.
The successful applicant will be required to have:
Essential Criteria

• Experience with Accounts Receivable processes and function
• Experience undertaking bank reconciliations
• Accurate data entry skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Effective organisational skills, with the demonstrated ability to problem solve, use initiative and prioritise competing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Effective & strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with a friendly team.
• The ability to work effectively in both an autonomous and team context.
• Previous experience in a school based role (desirable)
• The ability to support the Mercy Catholic ethos in this role
