Job Description
This role is the finance expert to the Senior Leadership team and managers across a number of business lines. You will lead and drive financial decision making, ensuring alignment with strategy. You will be responsible for:
- Providing financial insight and analysis
- Lead the budget, forecast and variance analysis process
- Report on monthly performance and investigate anomalies
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and drive efficiency's
- Ensure financial compliance with accounting standards
- Mentor and coach others in the team
- Support the Finance Manager with business wide projects and initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong management accounting background, enjoy analysis and have an eye for detail. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are imperative in this role, you will be able to build relationships across all levels of an organisation and relate with non-finance leaders.
