About the team
The Finance Business Partner team work closely with the diagnostics and support services Directorates providing:
- Commercial insight, financial advice, funding and activity analysis and business case support.
- Divisional budgeting, forecasting and reporting
About the role
A regular day will see you:
- Provide financial insight and advice to relevant Executive, Divisional Directors and other Business directors to optimise financial performance.
- Drive optimal financial decision-making through the provision of timely, accurate and useful information to management.
- Undertake financial analysis of operational strategies to ensure efficient utilisation of resources, identifying opportunities to improve financial results.
- Drive continuous improvement of organisational processes, procedures, systems and reporting.
- Drive a culture of financial accountability, integrity and compliance.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships.
About you
To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
- Qualified accountant (either a member of CA, CPA (or equivalent), or working towards CA/CPA)

- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
