About the role
The Finance Business Partner is a trusted finance partner in CSV and is responsible for leading and managing monthly reporting on the financial performance and position of business units, business case development and assessment, and development and monitoring of budgets.
About you
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality output in a senior management role in a diverse and complex environment.
- Excellent communication skills applying understanding of organisational culture and dynamics, hierarchies, and governance processes.
- Thorough understanding of public sector capital appropriations and budgeting, capital costing and asset investment analysis in line with the Financial Management Act 1994 and associated policies, practices and procedures.
- Ability to explain complex accounting issues to a non-technical audience accurately and concisely.
- Ability to build strong relationships across CSV and be a trusted finance partner to key business units.
- Experience in preparation or independent review of business cases or resourcing submissions.
- Understands and applies advanced computer skills to complex spreadsheets, presentations, database and word processing functions.
- Experience in Oracle Financials, Business Intelligence and SRIMS would be beneficial.
