Reporting to the Senior Manager this role is to provide financial support and advice to a large division and be a conduit between the business and finance.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner :
- Partnering with General Manager level stakeholders to understand business drivers, their financial implications and provide advice to support key decision making.
- Create and maintain key packs and deliverables around financial data, providing insights to the business, Board and Allianz Group.
- Key Planning Dialogue deliverables including constructive challenge of planning inputs, deep dives to analyse underlying drivers and preparation of impactful presentations to help steer business performance.
As a Finance Business Partner we are looking for the following technical and soft skills:
- Extensive experience performing a Finance Business Partnering function in a medium to large Financial Services organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships.
- Project management experience is advantageous
- Financial analysis acumen, ability to extract meaningful insights and create impactful presentations.
