The Role
This an exciting but challenging role with a highly reputable Australian financial services organisation who are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Business Partner join the team. This is a full-time role based in the Perth CBD.
Key duties will include
Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Performance, this role will include a mixture of Business Partnering and systems administration as detailed below;

The Role
This an exciting but challenging role with a highly reputable Australian financial services organisation who are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Business Partner join the team. This is a full-time role based in the Perth CBD.
Key duties will include
Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Performance, this role will include a mixture of Business Partnering and systems administration as detailed below;
- Shared services accounting, management reporting, business performance and KPI reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting across assigned business units
- Business partnering with internal operational stakeholders
- Financial planning and management
- Strategic planning and analysis
- Divisional targets and KPI's
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- CPA/CA qualified, but would potentially look at someone part qualified, however only under special circumstances
- Experience in the Financial Services sector would be highly regarded. However, your attitude to work and passion for continuous improvement of procedures and processes to improve efficiency will see you progress further in the interview process
- You will be up and in front of C-Suite executives and must be keen for the challenge
- Demonstrable strong communication and relationship amanagement skills are key
- Experience in project reporting and TechnologyOne is preferred, but not essential
