Overview of the role
As the Director of Global Performance, you will play a linchpin role in owning and consolidating all areas related to group-wide business reporting, including the financial, ESG, Sales, People and Project Delivery components.
Reporting into the Head of Reporting and leading a team of highly motivated analysts, you will be responsible for the Group’s monthly management reporting process, including the delivery of high-quality consolidated performance reporting, analysis and commercially focused insights to the Group executive and the Board. Working closely with Investor Relations, you will also play a key role in the finalisation, accuracy and messaging of the Group’s externally reported results.
Your key deliverables will include yet not be limited to the following:
o Monthly Board Report, including risk indicators
o Monthly Group Executive Pack
o Half Year and Full Year Investor Presentation
o Production of the group’s monthly business reporting process, including the consolidation and reporting of all business results, metrics (financial and non-financial) and key performance indicators to the Group Executive and Board of Directors for decision making.
As the gatekeeper of Group business reporting, you will partner with senior finance and functional stakeholders to support their information and decision-making needs. You will also be the finance team lead on high profile Group projects requiring cross functional collaboration, while also setting the strategy and process improvement agenda for group-wide business reporting.
About you: You will be a highly experienced, senior finance leader who possesses significant experience in a group performance reporting (Financial Planning and Analysis) position for a large ASX listed company. In addition you will likely possess a number of the below attributes:
- Strong stakeholder management experience with groups including C level executives, board of directors and Investor Relations
- Degree qualification in business, accounting or similar discipline
- CA / CPA qualified
