I'm on the hunt for a talented Finance Manager to join a small but mighty profit-for-purpose business. This company is dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable members of the community. This is a newly created role to support the Group CFO, allowing them to focus on strategy and big-picture projects. The projects? They're not just exciting; they're game-changers.

About you

You're a qualified finance professional with a well-rounded skillset that includes strong month-end reporting skills. You will lead a team of four overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions and provide vital support to the CFO with month-end and budgeting. You’re not just about the numbers. You have a passion and capability for leadership and know how to get the best out of your people. You’ll play a crucial role in linking the finance team with other stakeholders and areas of the business, breaking down silos for good. You’re dedicated to continuous improvement and always looking for ways to advance processes, procedures, and team performance. You're a finger-on-the-pulse type and enjoy having everything shipshape.
