The role we are looking to fill a role that hasn't come up for 10 years !
Our new Accounting Assistant will be detail orientated, focused and able to multi-task whilst ensuring all duties are completed on time and in their entirety.
A valid NSW drivers licence is a must as you will be out every day attending to the banking, RMS, post office and collecting refreshments.
Accounting graduates encouraged to apply or someone who has completed a Certificate IV in Accounting.
Some of the main duties include:
- Data entry
- Company reconciliations such as bank statement and credit cards
- Daily bank statements
- Monthly stock takes
- Bailments
- Assisting Company Accountant with floorplan audits
- End of day cleaning
