About the Opportunity
The Finance Manager SCDG role is a key role in the ASC Finance Team and is required to drive a performance-based culture to deliver high quality accounting services within the program. The SCDG program is a highly complex and fast-moving environment. It requires a good communicator with advanced interpersonal skills who can build and maintain strong working relationships within the team and the customer.
Responsibilities
The position requires the individual to operate with a reasonable degree of autonomy and possess drive and self-motivation. The role requires a solid level of technical knowledge of project accounting as well as the ability to drive change within a large project environment.
- Program Reporting, Forecasting and Analysis
- Monthly Invoicing and Customer liaison
- Bidding and Pricing
- Management of labour rates and overheads
- Foreign Currency and Escalation
- Financial management of contract performance
- Revenue & Profit recognition
- Supporting External and Customer Audits
- Supporting Quarterly EAC (forecast) reviews
The position requires the individual to operate with a reasonable degree of autonomy and possess drive and self-motivation. The role requires a solid level of technical knowledge of project accounting as well as the ability to drive & influence change within a large project environment.

Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
