Finance Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance Manager who is results-driven and confident in managing and improving our organisation's financial performance, being an important part of our business strategy and operating plan. This role comes with an excellent opportunity to develop and take on further responsibility as we experience rapid growth as a business.

You will bring your strategic planning and exceptional problem-solving skills and oversee all aspects of corporate and management reporting including month end financial reporting, sales reporting, financial year end reporting. You will interact with key stakeholders by successfully demonstrating the ability to collaborate across

functions, strong attention to detail and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, annual and long-range planning in support of key operating segments and sales channels.
• Provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and key business metrics to business and operating teams, gain key insights into trends with meaningful and actionable analyses.
• Build thoughtful analyses to drive better investment decisions and optimal resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to achieve cost savings by evaluating and determining the best use of budgeted financial resources.
• Provide input and analytical support for business/investment cases, pricing scenarios and/or billing.
• Manage finance team in monthly accounting close & reporting process.
• Manage all aspects of working capital including ensuring processes, systems and policies result in timely payment of receivables and payables and holding adequate inventory supplies.
• Collaborate and communicate with the US team regarding monthly or quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and other financial trends and developments.

About You

You will interact with key stakeholders by successfully demonstrating the ability to collaborate across functions. You possess a strong attention to detail and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have the following:

• Professional experience in finance management preferably in global organisations.
• Demonstrated competency in financial reporting, design, preparation of financial models required.
• Experienced with ERP and ERM systems and advanced Excel.
• Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with the finance and executive leadership teams
• Experience in the medical devices/ technology manufacturing industry.
