Form of workThis ASX-listed residential property developer is seeking a Finance Manager to be based in Perth, reporting directly to the CFO and is a key part of the finance leadership team. Partnering with the operations function to manage funding requirements & project forecasting.
What is involved?
The role is critical in the management of the project portfolio’s financial, accounting and taxation for the East region which includes Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. This role works very closely with the key leaders within the business and will play a critical role in the management of key projects.
You will have interactions with Lending providers, Legal advisors, project boards and shareholders.
The role has 4 direct reports and a close working relationship with all key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure complete accuracy of all reporting. Not only will the successful candidate be technically strong with a real understanding of the accounting standards and principals they will have exceptional leadership, communication and relationship skills.
What do you need?
The successful candidate will be CA / CPA qualified and come from an ASX listed or a large organisation dealing with boards and shareholders. You will have a background of working within Treasury & Bank reporting, Leadership and People Management all whilst operating at a Senior level.
