Finance Manager

Delta Foundations is a well-presented member of the Formwork, concreting, steel fixing and subcontracting industry with experience throughout the metropolitan area. We specialise in all construction work, commercial and domestic. We deliver exceptional service from concept to execution.
This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.
The successful candidate must have:
- · Master’s degree in Finance
- · at least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
- · The right to work in Australia
- · Good English skills
- · Team management skills
- · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- · Strong time management skills
- · CPA qualification is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- · Determining, implementing, monitoring and reviewing budgetary strategies of the business in consultation with leadership.
- · Performing operational analysis, profitability analysis and profit forecasts and monitoring financial performance
- · Implementing and monitoring accounting systems
- · Supervising the preparation of financial reports that summarize and project the organization's financial position, including income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings and revenue.
- · Evaluating capital finance proposals and the financial health of operational initiatives.
- · Issuing long-term profit forecasts, managing budgets, and overseeing financial reporting.
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards.
