The Role
A key member of the Finance team, you’ll partner with the Development business and provide financial and analytical support to enhance commercial outcomes across a portfolio of large-scale Residential Development Projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Monthly Development Reporting – accurately reporting on forward looking development pipeline and current projects under construction
- Project Feasibilities- Preparation of Monthly Feasibility Reports for active projects for both internal and external purposes
- Valuations- Assist in completing external valuations for development projects by providing a source information and support so that external valuers can complete the valuations
- Investment Analysis – Conduct investment analysis and benchmarking to provide senior management with financial information to support major investment decisions
- Improving Processes – pro-actively seek and implement process/systems improvements within the team and across Finance.
- CA/CPA qualified
- Sound technical accounting and analytical skills
- Advanced systems and process improvement skills
- Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to multitask
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
