Role Overview: Become an integral part of a leading retail corporation as a Finance Manager / Team Lead. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and integrity within our systems and processes, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency, while leading a newly created team. 

Responsibilities:
Reporting into a Senior Manager, this roles included responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Team Leadership and Mentoring
• Stakeholder Management
• System Issue Identification and Resolution
• Continuous Process Improvement
• Month-end and Year-end Responsibilities
• Collaboration with Business Departments

Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:

• Leadership experience of minimum 2 years
• Strong organisational skills
• Self starter with problem solving mentality
• CA/CPA qualified
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Inventory costing
• Commercial experience
• Strong with systems
• Pays attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Excellent experience with Excel
