Finance Manager & Inventory Accountant $100K - $120K + Super

Are you an experienced Finance Manager/Inventory Accountant with additional experience in
systems and Management? An exciting opportunity to leverage your experience and skills to support a retail solutions equipment industry leader.

• Salary: $100k - $120k + Super

Having machines installed in grocers, and retailers nationally ranging from partners of Coles, Woolworths, IGA, Kmart and even H&M. The company is tight-knit with 10-15 internal staff providing support and solutions to retailers on a national scale, and dealing with some of the largest retailers Australia wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership and oversight of the company’s accounting and financial functions and processes, including preparation of internal financial accounts
• Providing detailed reporting of the companies finances and financial situation to the Senior Management Team including Director. 
• Servicing and dealing with Tier 1 level clients and customers for invoicing, and reporting purposes.
• Management of the payroll, invoicing, accounting, and financial department and functions internally and externally of the business. 
• Management of BAS, IAS, PAYG, Super, FBT and dealing with the ATO on taxation issues, as required
• Liaising with the company’s bankers, as required
• Assist with year-end audit, statutory reporting and income tax return

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• CPA qualified preferred
• Minimum three years' leading a small finance team
• Accounting degree Required
• Microsoft Business Central Experience Required. 
• Experience with Inventory Accounting Required.
• Strong experience working within an ERP system & Job Costing
• Expert user of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Dealing with Tier 1 level clients, reporting to Senior Management, and leading and managing others.
