ABOUT THE ROLE
  
Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the team has arisen. They will be mentored by an impressive senior leadership team whilst empowering and developing the financial accounting team 
  
DUTIES

• Lead and develop a finance team of 4
• Deliver month end management reports
• Assist with annual budget and forecast process
• Budget and forecast commentaries
• Provide key decision makers with insightful analysis
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
• Internal and external audit
• Lead on tax lodgement

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Advanced excel skills
• Team leadership and mentoring experience is essential  
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Self starter and motivated
