Job Description
- Assist with the accounting functions of the group as required
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the accounting systems
- Ensure all month end journals are completed within a timely manner
- Ensure all reconciliations are completed within specific timeframes
- Ensure all intercompany transactions, are completed and reconciled
- Reconciliation and payment of Quarterly Superannuation to employees
- Bank loans reconciliation
- BAS - Contact ATO when plans are required
- Review cash flow and credit control
- Assist with Annual accounts
- Adept Attitude: Committed to and capable of growing and adapting to new conditions and challenges.
- Minimum 3 Years in a commercial accounting environment
- Stakeholder service focused: Committed to providing exceptional stakeholder service across all channels - written and verbal.
- Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Commerciality: Ability to apply knowledge in a practical and cost-conscious manner.
- Teamwork: Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organisation: Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner.
