Established on 1 October 2022, Alpine Resorts Victoria brings a sector-wide focus and strategic leadership to the management of Victoria’s six alpine resorts. Mt Hotham Alpine Resort is a popular year-round tourist attraction nestled amongst the Victorian Alps of the Great Dividing Range, featuring 360-degree views of rugged mountain ranges. We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Finance Officer to support Mt Hotham’s finance team, providing accurate and timely financial, payroll, governance, and other financial services. Please note that we can offer flexible working arrangements for the right candidate i.e. remote working.

What we’re looking for:
- Degree or Cert IV in Accounting, Finance or Economic or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in public sector or other corporate finance administration role or similar
- Previous experience working in accounts payable and receivable and payroll
- Knowledge of accounting systems and associated use of excel and accounting-specific software
- Ability to manage a range of competing demands, prioritise these and manage expectations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
