Finance Officer

Randstad is recruiting for an experienced finance administrator to join a large civil infrastructure company based in Arundel. You will be joining a team who are responsible for delivering on high profile projects and contracts. Key duties: Administration support to the team Developing agendas, managing office supplies, minute taking and distribution, booking maintenance Claim preparation ( collation of data and refresh) Report preparation Finance administration (AP/AR) where required

Back up for payroll (training on payroll can be provided) Skills/experience required Excellent finance administrative experience Experience with Excel is a must. Ability to work autonomously when required Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to cope with time related pressures Comfortable with working under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to quickly pick up systems and concepts, with a desire to learn. This is an initial 3 month assignment with the possibility of permanent employment and extension.
