Finance Officer
Full-Time | Permanent Role

This Not-for-Profit organisation is located in the heart of Launceston and provides disability, employment and aged care support. They are a dynamic and growing organisation that is looking to grow their team to match the workload.
Your New Role
Based in Launceston, this full-time position reports directly to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for a range of functions including:
Payroll
Bookkeeping
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Admin
Invoicing
Reporting
You will provide finance and administrative services to both internal and external sources, including the CEO, service providers and consultants. What You’ll Need To Succeed
As the ideal candidate, you will:
Have great communication skills
Be highly organised
Have an understanding of account management, document management, finance knowledge including AP, AR, BAS and Reconciliations
Be able to assist with ad-hoc duties when needed
Understand and able to adapt to new systems
Be Proficient in Excel
An interest or background in NFP organisations and community services.
