This is a permanent full time position within the Catholic Education Office (CEO) and forms part of the Finance, Facilities and Planning team.
This position supports the Financial Accountant and the Accounts Payable Team Leader to process transactions in the general areas of Accounts Payable, school administration and finance processes. This includes:
- Ensuring all creditor invoices are correctly coded and authorised for payment
- Monitoring and processing purchase orders from requisition stage through to payment processing
- Salary Packaging administration
- Credit Card administration and processing end of month reconciliations

- Minimum 3 years experience in a Finance Office environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under limited direction
- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and office management skills
- Proficiency and experience in the MS Office suite and google applications
- Cert IV in Business or studying towards the completion of such qualification or
- Minimum 3 years Experience in a Finance Office environment and Accounts Payable
- Experience in Finance software packages, Technology One experience highly desirable
