ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will be responsible for:
- Receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and credit card
- Allocation of credit and debit invoices
- Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds
- Weekly processing of underwriter payments.
- Monthly processing of Subagent payments.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in insurance industry is highly regarded
- Experience and understanding of Winbeat is highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounts administration
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy
- Excellent time management
- Strong teammate with willingness to support others
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with a range of stakeholder
