What you will be doing...
In this role, you will be reporting to the Financial Manager, day to day activities will include:
- Using your excellent attention to detail to prepare the daily bank reconciliations for 2 entities
- Being highly organised to prepare the daily cash report
- Excellent communication to respond to queries.
- Collaborating and assisting within the team to reach objectives.
- Daily banking and receipting of deposits
- An administrative support for the team
- Ideally you will have had some accounts experience / or be at the start of your studies towards your Accounting Degree
- Having a strong customer service ethos is essential
- Strong excel skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
