About our school: Xavier Catholic College is a co-educational P-12 College owned and administered by Brisbane Catholic Education which opened in 2003. Our enrolment is approximately 1280 students and continues to grow. The College is a vibrant community which takes its name from St Francis Xavier, who along with St Ignatius of Loyola, was one of the founders of the Society of Jesus, the Jesuits. About the role - The Finance Officer assists the School Leadership Team with a wide variety of financial and administrative functions to support the financial operations of the school. This includes, but is not limited to:
- End to end maintenance of all school financials, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation of bank accounts, end of month and end of year
- Strategic management of the school financial resources
- Reconciliation of accounts and corporate credit cards
- Manage the billing and collection of school fees
- Cashier and banking duties
- Data entry
- Annual budget & report preparation
- Liaise and issue contracts to various providers
- Coordination of property and building maintenance activities
- General asset management
- Staffing recruitment administration
- Procurement
- General administration functions
About you - To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

- Experience with BCE finance system, Microsoft Dynamics D365 is desirable
