We're looking for Finance Officers with a focus on Collections and Accounts Receivable. The roles are full-time with hybrid work arrangements within our Finances Service Team located in Newcastle, NSW. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Follow-up on your allocated debtor accounts as required within the approved credit control guidelines. Collaborate collection issues as required with the Team Leader and other stakeholders. Review daily debtor payments and monitor against collection targets. What you will bring to the team: Confidence to clearly communicate with stakeholders via telephone and email supported by good comprehension skills. Customer Service focus; delivering a positive experience every time. Experience in an Accounts or Collections environment is preferable. Detail focused with the ability to collate, organise and analyse data. Excellent coordination skills with the initiative to escalate issues. Willingness to assist where required to support your Accounts Receivable Team Confidence to collaborate, clearly communicate and explain policies, processes and regulations to a wide range of stakeholders.
