This Dealer will be part of the Balance Sheet and Product team which sits in Financial Markets and is a highly specialised team that develop and manage Financial Markets products, provide pricing, execution and structuring expertise for interest rate hedging and investment/deposit products while also assisting in the Balance Sheet management for all Institutional term deposit products.
This role will be primarily responsible for the product management, pricing and execution of the term deposit products including Institutional TDs, Tailored, Green and Foreign Currency Term Deposits while also, providing support for the interest rate risk management and interest rate derivative products for business customers.
The role provides key support to the Financial Markets sales teams that service Institutional, Business and Private Bank customers.
The main objectives of the role include:
- Pricing and execution of the Term, Tailored and Green Deposits for Institutional, Business and Private Bank customers while also providing support for the interest rate hedging products for business customers.
- Performing administration and support functions critical to the management of both the Financial Markets Deposit products and the interest rate hedging products including deal reconciliation and reporting.
- Strong collaboration with the Financial Markets sales teams and other product areas to drive customer solutions for WIB, Business and Private Bank customers.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role you will have 18 months to 2 years' experience with interest rate derivative pricing, specifically within Financial Markets.
You will have experience across a range of FM pricing and products, including derivatives and swaps.
Communication and team collaboration are key requirements, a working knowledge of Excel and Access would also benefit.
Additionally, the following will be highly regarded:
- AFMA accreditation
- VBA skills
- Knowledge of SQL
