Complete Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Finance Officer for a full-time/part-time (5 days) role in our Head Office located in North Adelaide.
Reporting to our Finance Manager, the Finance Officer will provide accounting and administrative support through the delivery of a range of duties and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes of the company, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Managing the Accounts Payable function including receiving, processing and verifying accuracy of invoices.
• Reconciliation of Credit Card Statements and other accounts as required.
• Completing weekly payment runs.
• Payment claims processing using Government web-based applications.
• Responding to supplier account queries and resolving any invoice discrepancies.
• Address all telephone and e-mail queries received in regard to payable invoices.
• Filing & record management.
• Assisting with month end processing and reporting.
• Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required.
About you
• Min. 2 years' experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Experience using MYOB Accounting Software.
• Accurate data entry skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to multitask, work to deadlines and remain effective under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to work under pressure.
• Willingness to help, display and encourage a positive team spirit and attitude.
