What is the role about?
Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for month-end/year-end reporting, cash flow forecasting and process improvement. You will need to be technically strong, have a good understanding of tax compliance, and be able to engage with senior stakeholders in the business. You will need to be able to pick things up quickly and working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- Month end and year end
- Cost allocation
- Processing journals, including accrual journals
- Tax compliance including BAS and superannuation
- Cash flow farecasting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Variance commentary and analysis
- Assisting with an audit
Your Skills & Experience:
- CA or CPA qualification
- Proven experience in a Financial Accounting role
- Clear and concise communication
- Attention to detail and adhering to tight reporting deadlines
- Motivated and able to work well in a team
