Financial Accountant - fast growing property group in Sydney CBD

The Opportunity: 

This market leading property organisation is experiencing a rapid growth in the past a few years. Currently they are seeking an astute Financial Accountant to join the finance team for an immediate start. 

Reporting into the Finance Director, your duties include: 

• Month end reporting 
• General ledger reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations 
• Budgeting and forecasting 
• BAS preparation  
• Projects
• Ad hoc tasks 

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards it
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role 
• Prior experience working in property industry is desirable but not essential 
• You will have an engaging personality, an articulate, professional communication style.
