The role

This role will sit in the core finance team, working with multiple leaders throughout the business. Responsible for:

• Delivery of month end reporting and monthly management reports
• Analysis of balance sheet and performance indicators
• Preparation of all tax reporting
• Preparation of statutory accounts, including applicable disclosure notes
• Review and reconciliation of accounting & tax calculations
• Maintain an update-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory reporting
• Taking ownership of all tax compliance matters

You'll also play a key role in the identification, development and implementation of systems & procedures, to improve efficiency and minimise risk.
The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will have a strong tax accounting background from a Financial Services or Funds Management background.
You'll be CA/CPA/CTA qualified.
You will have demonstrated working experience and knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders both internal and external.
