We proudly collaborate with the Ministry of Housing, working closely with builders and tenants to ensure the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities
Ministry of Housing Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects related to the Government Ministry of Housing.
- Arranging runs for both measures and installation of Roller blinds for a wide variety of Ministry clients.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with builders, and tenants.
- Coordinate with the Ministry to ensure compliance with their requirements and standards.
Order Processing:
- Efficiently process orders with suppliers, fabric houses, and workrooms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and track the progress of orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Resolve any issues related to order processing and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Process reworks for production and external suppliers.
Scheduling Installers:
- Coordinate and schedule installers to optimise project timelines.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources for installer runs.
- Communicate scheduling details to relevant teams and external partners.
Supplier Communication and Liaison:
- Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers, fabric houses, and workrooms.
- Collaborate to source materials and gather necessary project information.
- Regularly communicate with suppliers to obtain estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) for materials and products.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplier information, and order history.
- Organise and manage documentation related to purchases, schedules, and project updates.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a centralised filing system for easy retrieval of information.
Administrative Support:
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and external installers.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and office management.
- Assist in resolving issues and discrepancies, ensuring smooth operations.
Strategic Purchasing Support:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of purchasing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of projects.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability and Multitasking:
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prioritise responsibilities based on urgency and project requirements.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and order processing is a plus.
