Key responsibilities
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Managing cashflow forecast, invoice and trade finance facilities reconciliation, audit, and forecasting, including future drawdown requirements.
- Preparing month-end accounts and delivering monthly management reports.
- Ensuring timely submission and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
- Handling intercompany AP/AR reconciliation and management.
About you
- Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on, technical finance experience.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy.
- Eager to learn, grow, and evolve with our business.
- Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in cashflow management and reporting is essential.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Xero is advantageous.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to achieving common objectives.
- Must be an Australian permanent resident.
