The Roles
Typically reporting directly to the Finance Manager or Financial Controller, roles and responsibilities range from:
- Financial Accountant - Responsibility for month-end duties, assisting with oversight of shared services and ad hoc analysis for stakeholders.
- Financial / Business Analyst - 50/50 split between standard financial reporting responsibilities and Business Partnering with key Portfolio managers within the business.
The Ideal Candidate
- You will be a Big 4/Mid-tier first time mover or have maximum 3 years post-audit industry experience
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience and close to or have already achieved an accounting qualification CA/CIMA
- Excellent communicator and strong Excel skills
- Comfortable working towards tight deadlines and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
