Financial Analyst

I'm currently partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growing business dedicated to service excellence within their field. They are activley seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Analyst to join their finance team on a full time / permanent basis.

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support the finance department in making informed decisions and driving financial performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Evaluate and recommend financial actions by assessing financial trends and results.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights into business performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CA, CFA, CPA or MBA preferred
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis roles
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
