Key Requirements:

• Government Experience: Prior experience working with government agencies is essential to navigate the unique challenges and requirements of the public sector.
• Project Delivery Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced project delivery environment, where adaptability and attention to detail are paramount.
• Budget Management: Expertise in budget management, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
• Infrastructure and Asset Accounting Experience: Solid understanding of infrastructure and asset accounting principles to support strategic decision-making.
• Tools Proficiency:
  • SAP (required)
  • Smartsheet or any Project Management Tool
  • Microsoft Excel/Office (Expert)
  • Microsoft Project (Good to Have)

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Review, maintain, and manage property, accounting, and financial information using state-of-the-art systems and processes.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and implement finance and property policies, ensuring compliance with government standards and regulations.
• Financial Analysis: Dive deep into budget performance analysis, providing insights to optimize financial planning and forecasting.
• Problem-Solving: Identify critical financial and property issues, crafting strategic solutions to drive success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide expert advice to senior managers and stakeholders, guiding decision-making and mitigating risks.
