Financial Assets Officer.
Chandler Macleod in conjunction with a Victorian State Government Authority, are looking for a passionate and focused Financial Asset Officer to join their team.
This Government Authority is dedicated in providing assistance to a wide range of Victorians.
Specialising in the management and administration of Financial Assets for clients.
The details:
Bendigo Location
$60,000 p/a + super
Hybrid working arrangements.
6 month fixed term contract with potential of extension/permanent.

The Responsibilities:
Documenting and upholding the Asset Register in alignment with established protocols and guidelines.
Verifying, examining, and revising asset details obtained from external sources.
Commencing entries for new assets and overseeing transactions associated with new investments.
Collaborating with internal service providers to execute asset sales, redemption, or transfers.
Overseeing client accounts, ensuring precise allocation of receipts, and correcting ledger entries as needed.
The Must Haves:
Previous administration experience.
Proficiency in basic accounting and account reconciliation.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Competency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
The Desirable:
Certificate in Business/Office Administration or related field.
Experience with Oracle.
Previous experience in a financial asset environment or trustee.
