This is a new position that will be responsible for standardising processes & supporting documentation, setting controls, reviewing financial reporting and assist in liaising with auditors across the globe, systems changes and a diverse range of stakeholders while reporting to the global CFO for Envoyage.
Day to day you’ll be…
- Review and sign-off the Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Maintain and improve our control environment and ensure any risks to the Balance Sheet are understood and minimised within the business
- Stay up to date and implement Accounting standards changes that impact our business
- Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant accounting standards
- and FCTG minimum standards for financial systems and processes
- Lead the engagement with our audit partners on the biannually statutory audits
- Oversee the month-end accounting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Constantly look to improve efficiencies within finance workflow processes
- Assist with special projects and the implementation of systems and process improvement initiatives
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an Audit role
- Experience in process controls for new systems
- CPA/CA qualified
- Strong Business acumen
- Results driven and perform well in a customer centric environment
- Advanced Time & Change Management skills
