A leader within the financial services arena is seeking a Financial Modelling specialist to support the business within their growth and development around Anaplan.

Role Highlights
Reporting into the Financial Modelling Manager, this role will enable the business to further progress their reporting capability within Anaplan. This is a superb opportunity for a Model Build 2 and upwards developer to come in and assist the business with its development and maintenance of existing and greenfield models.
Role Overview
The Financial Modelling and Technologies Specialist is responsible for supporting the Finance team by building and improving financial models and implementing and maintaining finance technologies/systems.
The specialist will create new models as needed by the Finance team or other business units, including training and documentation. You will also help implement new finance technologies/systems and enhance existing ones, alongside providing ongoing maintenance and operational support.
The specialist will prioritize operational efficiency and financial control by adopting best practices and leveraging top-tier technologies.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of Anaplan cube build and maintenance
- Working with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout the business to create workable models and functionality for business critical reports
- Aid in training relevant end-users on new financial models and provide ongoing support to ensure their suitability and integration into Finance team processes.
- Prepare and maintain accessible documentation for all financial models, ensuring they are up to date and readily available.
- Assist with any relevant Anaplan based projects
- Work with the internal technology team to support long term investment in Anaplan
Candidate profile
- Level 2 - 3 certified Anaplan Model Builder
- Experience of working with new model builds and maintenance of existing builds
- An inquisitive and solutions minded individual
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - working with all levels of the oganisation
