A bit about the role...
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is central to providing leadership for the organisation’s financial and performance systems, reporting and analysis.
This leadership role will assist with identifying, designing and implementing strategies and operational plans for the improvement of data and performance systems and reporting which positions The BUSY Group for growth and stability aligned with the future direction of the organisation. You will lead, mentor, and support the reporting and analysis team ensuring efficient operation of the function and continuous upskilling of team members technical and communication skills. Additionally, overseeing the analysis of information using computerised data analysis techniques and developing models that support The Group’s requirements.
This position is permanent full time based from our Southport Head Office.

A bit about you…
- Minimum 5 years + proven experience and successful track record in financial analysis or a comparable role or discipline in the employment services and programs or a transferable sector
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, with CA/CPA qualification required
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience in systems implementations, notably FP&A / BI tools to enable improved data analysis and decision-making
- Highly developed finance systems skills including experience managing and designing business intelligence tools (familiarity with NetSuite, Microsoft PowerBi and Workday planning would be beneficial)
- Ability to obtain a police check with no disclosable outcomes and Blue Card.
