The Planning Manager will be instrumental in supporting the Head of Project Controls to transition Power Projects to best practice methodology for Planning, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to the planning and project teams on P6 and portfolio planning. Please note we are open to applications from the locations of Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage the resource plan and individual work stream programs to assist the team to deliver contract and business targets.
- Manage the interface between the PCR planning team and bids/ project teams.
- Deliver and develop analysis of program control data.
- Work with Project Controls leads to prepare working reports as required.
- Provide advice and direction with program forecasting function (cost and time).
ABOUT YOU
- Proficient computer skills including MS Project or Primavera P6 (essential).
- 5+ years in detailed complex infrastructure planning and scheduling.
- 5+ years leadership experience.
- Experience and knowledge of KPI metric planning and reporting.
- High levels of verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
